This is a modern luxurious apartment with a spacious open plan, American style living room-kitchen and large separate double bedroom. The large double sofa bed provides the extra flexibility and convenience enabling up to 4 guests to enjoy their stay comfortably at Paty’s Place. We have tried to provide all the comfort you would need during your stay by installing air conditioning, a washer-drier and large TV with cable + play station 3 which doubles up as a DVD player.Andy

The Opera house is a 1 minute walk from this amazing luxury apartment located on a small quiet back street behind the former building of the Hungarian Ballet Institute. A perfect location between the old Budapest on Andrassy ut and the new Budapest on Kiraly utca with all its restaurants, and designer and boutique shops. Paty’s Place is located in the 6th district with a 5-10 minute walk from the River Danube, Basilica of St. Stephen, Deak Ferenc ter, Vaci utca, Oktogon, Terror House, Liszt Memorial House, Great Synagogue and Liszt Ferenc ter with even more restaurants and cafes. Vasvari Pal utca is very much the heart of downtown Budapest with the public transport never more than a 5 minute walk to transport you to any of the sights and attractions Budapest has to offer.Andy

3 night minimum stay. During peak seasons there is a 5 night minimum stay . Prices are per night per apartment and are inclusive of tourist tax and cleaning fees. This apartment has a maximum occupancy of 2 people. Low Season is 1st October – 30th March, High Season is 1st April – 30th September excluding Peak Season dates. Peak Season dates include but do not exclusively cover the periods of Christmas, New Year, F1 GP, Easter and Sziget Festival.
