Budapest Apartment Service is owned and managed by Andy and Renata Croydon, a young husband and wife team offering high levels of service together with in-depth knowledge of Budapest and its environs. Established in 2005,

Andy and Renata have built up a wide-ranging portfolio of properties for private and corporate clients as holiday rentals, long term tenancies and investment opportunities. Andy and Renata are both English and Hungarian speaking and pride themselves on delivering exceptional levels of personal service and outstanding reliability to international clients as well as those based in Hungary.

Whether it is finding the perfect place for a city break in Budapest, or managing the complete renovation of an investment property, Andy and Renata are dedicated to ensuring a successful resolution to your needs.

Renata and I moved from the UK to Budapest in 2003, for a better life. With a lot of hard work and time, we established our business managing apartments in the centre of Budapest. Our goal has always been to ensure we establish a close relationship with the property owners. This more than anything carries us forward, offering a level of service which goes beyond just property management.
Renata Croydon
We spend our time juggling the responsibilities of our business with bringing up our two exceptional daughters - Emily and Hanna. The business takes up most of our time, the precious spare time we do get, we enjoy together as a close family. Since moving to Budapest in 2003, Andy and I have achieved the better life we hoped for and for that of our daughters.....and continue to work hard to maintain.
